Terms of Purchase
By purchasing goods from Sleepy Hollow Forge, the customer agrees to pay the full amount of the value shown during the checkout process, include the selected shipping option. When the payment is confirmed, Sleepy Hollow Forge is bound by these terms and its own integrity to package and ship the order to the address provided by the customer.

If the circumstance should arise in which an item is not shipped with the rest of a multi-item order, and the item is confirmed paid for, Sleepy Hollow Forge will ship the remaining item to the customer at its own expense. Sleepy Hollow Forge keeps detailed records of inventory and sales; any attempt to claim that Sleepy Hollow Forge has accepted payment under false pretenses (i.e. the item was neither shipped nor intended to be shipped), without proper and verifiable cause may be met with legal action.

We do not offer refunds.

Liability
By purchasing an item, the customer agrees to absolve Sleepy Hollow Forge of liability for injury, wherever the injury is not caused by an inherent defect. Sleepy Hollow Forge is not liable for any injuries caused by the misuse of the product, including instances where the injury is the result of a product breaking due to misuse.

Some products, such as knives, are inherently dangerous; wounds or other injuries caused by the mishandling or misuse of such products are entirely the responsibility of the customer, and Sleepy Hollow Forge is not liable. Sleepy Hollow Forge is also not liable for actions undertaken by the customer using its products, wherever said use is illegal or otherwise harmful. Through purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they and they alone are responsible for their actions while using the purchased item.

Privacy Policy

Sleepy Hollow Forge does not and will not share client information, including billing information, shipping, address, other contact information, or purchase history. Customers may post reviews of products of their own volition, understanding that by posting they take full responsibility for the revealing of any information regarding purchase history and any identifying information associated with the posting.

Sleepy Hollow Forge will neither attempt to solicit business from, nor send unsolicited information to past customers, unless said customer has requested during purchase to receive email updates regarding products. Pursuant to the terms of the previous paragraph, Sleepy Hollow Forge will not share customer email addresses or other contact information with any other parties. Customer email addresses will only be used for sending requested product updates/newsletters, and for confirmation at the time of purchase and to notify the customer when the product ships.

While Sleepy Hollow Forge does collect cookie data, the sole purpose for this data and the only use to which it will be put is to better understand our market, i.e. where are our customers coming from and which products they are interested in. As with any other customer/user data, this data will not be shared with any other parties and will only be used for the reasons listed above.
