Shipping Methods

We ship by United States Postal Service (USPS) (preferred) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Customers may select whichever option offered by either of these services that they desire during checkout. Shipping cost will be added to the bill during checkout.

For multi-item orders, we encourage buyers to consider whether or not the items will fit into a flat rate box. If there is any doubt as to whether the items will fit into a flat rate option, we encourage buyers to select the ship-by-weight option. This allows us to choose a container for your purchases, package it, and ship it. This option appears more expensive, but we will charge actual shipping and refund the remainder.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the time of purchase. If an item that is part of a multi-item order is not shipped with the rest of the order due to oversight, Sleepy Hollow Forge will ship the remaining item at its own expense.

For Local Buyers: if the purchaser lives in or around Fairview, TN, we offer free pickup as an alternative to shipping.

Returns

Return shipping costs for correct orders are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. 

If an item breaks due to an inherent flaw (within 30 days of receipt) and not due to mishandling or misuse, it may be shipped back to us for repair or replacement, and will then be shipped back to the customer at our expense; however, we must receive the original item and a description of what happened before we can ship a replacement.

We do not offer refunds.
