This chef knife is fashioned after the French style, constructed from high carbon and alloy steels in our signature “Tidal Pool” Damascus steel pattern. The 7 & 1/2 inch blade is designed for both slicing and rocking motions in use. The blade takes a fine edge and sharpens easily. The 5 inch handle is contoured for ease of holding, and is made of waterproof paper micarta.
